Cheryl Williams is a Mind and Movement specialist on the South Coast, working with people who lead busy lives and realise they need to find some balance in order to live better, more fulfilling lives.
She blends her knowledge of traditional yoga with western Psychology, Strength and Conditioning, Biomechanics and Physiology.
