Embodying Wholeness with Ocean Stone

Ocean holds space at the Coastguard Studios for transformation through immersive ceremony.  Weaving together effective movement, breath and sound techniques, often allied by plant medicine Cacao, to encourage healing and integration through the body.  Her work is rooted in embodied experience, informed by over a decade of practice and training in Yoga, free dance, and breath practice.  Her passion lies in embodied and expansive experiences that facilitate participants in reclaiming their wholeness.  Ocean understands the importance of being truly held through the liminal space of transformation by a trusted and experienced guide for lasting and integrative shifts in one’s life experience.  Ocean works closely with her partner, Elios Stone, whom is also a breathworker and transformational facilitator offering powerful shadow work programs.

YOGA WITH JULIANNE Mondays 7.30-8.30pm

Yoga with Julianne is yoga for all. Julianne’s classes are inclusive and light-hearted, welcoming everyone from inflexible to bendy. She will take you through flowing hatha and vinyasa yoga sequences to free-up the body, working on stability, strength and balance as well as relaxation techniques to help mental wellbeing.
